Broward College is seeking a Manager, Student Services to provide wrap-around services and holistic student support. The role connects students to campus resources and community agencies, and leads referrals, workshops, and interventions to reduce food insecurity, housing issues, and mental health stress.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and five years of general or field-specific experience with supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Five years of general business or field-specific experience with three years in a College/function and three years of supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees program initiatives to reduce attrition among AA/AS students.
• Analyzes student success issues with faculty and admins to design programs; acts as campus liaison.
• Maintains a caseload of at-risk students and guides them to campus resources or community orgs.
• Handles Seahawk Outreach Services, early alerts, and self-referral intakes with follow-up solutions.
• Organizes Student Success Workshops and related activities.
• Collaborates daily with Financial Aid, Student Life, Admissions, Career Center, and Advisement.
• Trains staff and supervises the Student Success Advocate; participates in hiring decisions.
