Job summary

Location: Student Help Hub. Eligibility requires current TCC student status with federal work‑study funds.

Qualifications

• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Must be in good academic standing and have no disciplinary actions on record.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Genuine interest in helping other students succeed academically, socially, and personally.
• Ability to balance academic responsibilities with the time commitment required for mentoring.
• Familiarity with college resources, services, and programs available to students.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism, including punctuality, responsibility, and ethical behavior.
• Demonstrated leadership skills or potential, with experience in student organizations, volunteer work, or other leadership roles considered a plus.
