Job summary

Tulsa Community College is seeking a part-time tutor for the TRIO Student Support Services Program. You will tutor students, conduct workshops, and help with Blackboard and coursework resources to support first-generation, economically disadvantaged, or disabled students.

Requirements include a bachelors degree in English, Science, Math or related field and demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently. Bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Science, Math or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to perform responsibility under own initiative with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students in the TRIO Student Support Services Program.
• Conduct workshops and develop resources to aid students with coursework.
• Assist students with Blackboard and other course materials.
