Job summary

Fairfield University is seeking a Student Success Coordinator in the Egan School of Nursing & Health Studies. The role serves as deputy to the Associate Dean for Student Success, owning processes and data across Student Experience and Experiential Learning.

The position focuses on experiential placement planning, study abroad, accreditation reporting, and division dashboards, with collaboration across Fairfield and Austin campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of admin/operational exp in higher ed/health education preferred.
• Experience with data reporting and Workday or similar.
• Experience with accreditation or placements preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deputy to the Associate Dean across Student Experience and Experiential Learning.
• Support student engagement: events, catering, logistics, surveys.
• Design/maintain dashboards for student data for decisions and reporting.
• Prepare leadership meeting materials and track action items.
• Supervise divisional support staff and student workers.
• Draft communications, policy docs, and student handbook updates.
• Serve as operational contact for the Division office.
• Lead surveys, data collection, and preliminary analysis.
• Link field placements to hiring pipelines with the Egan Career Advisor.
• Develop new initiatives and support implementation.
