Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative or operational experience, preferably in higher education, health professions education, or experiential learning.
• Experience with data reporting and integrated enterprise systems (Workday or equivalent).
• Experience supporting programmatic accreditation or experiential placements preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills with accuracy and confidentiality in records.

Responsibilities

• Serves as deputy to the Associate Dean and Assistant Deans for the Division of Student Success, owning processes, standards, and systems across Student Experience and Experiential Learning.
• Supports student engagement efforts, including planning and coordination of events, catering, logistics, student surveys, and related engagement.
• Designs and maintains division dashboards as the authoritative source of student-facing data for decision-making and reporting.
• Owns agendas, materials, and action-item tracking for leadership meetings and follows through to completion.
• Supervises division staff, including work study students, graduate assistants, and temporary personnel.
• Drafts correspondence, policy documents, and student handbook updates on behalf of Division leadership.
• Represents the Division to students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
