Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of policies related to student services and FERPA/ADA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist students walking in, calling, or emailing the Dean of Students and Main Office.
• Provide consultation to students, staff, faculty, and parents; outreach to campus.
• Stay current on higher education trends and university policies to improve service quality.
