Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience with high school/college-age students.
• Knowledge of college services, including financial aid.
• Willingness to travel and use technology for work.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and enroll students in the GEAR UP program and monitor progress.
• Provide workshops and counseling on education opportunities and financial aid.
• Maintain records and assist data-driven decision making.
• Facilitate college applications and scholarships processes.
• Collaborate with district offices, counselors, teachers, and parents.
