Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; experience in social work, education or a related field.
• Ability to organize and coordinate district-wide program.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the juvenile judicial system and at-risk populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the high school MTSS team.
• Lead the PACE+ (credit recovery) placement process.
• Develop and evaluate the at-risk program; implement improvements.
• Coordinate parental involvement and community outreach.
• Monitor attendance, assist with truancy interventions, and attend truancy court.
• Prepare program progress updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain time and effort documentation.
