Qualifications

• Ability to perform general clerical duties and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Planning the Program – develop objectives and plan instructional program.
• Overseeing the Program – ensure objectives align with curriculum and student needs.
• Updating the Program – maintain knowledge of subject areas and growth.
• Managing Daily Instruction – ensure appropriate materials and practices.
• Differentiating Instruction – tailor techniques to student differences.
• Individualized Instruction – monitor achievement and provide remediation.
• Supervising – maintain a productive classroom environment.
• Human Resources – utilize school resources and staff to enhance instruction.
• Human Relations – respect diversity and communicate with parents.
• Non-instructional Duties – perform duties assigned by leadership.
• Promoting School Safety – foster a safe, respectful school climate.
