Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a Student Success Facilitator to work closely with a school team and community partners in Santa Fe. This role focuses on addressing a variety of student needs, including attendance and academics, while implementing the Communities In Schools model.

The facilitator will connect students and families with necessary supports and resources to ensure student success. This position is key to enhancing educational outcomes in collaboration with schools.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Communities In Schools model.

Job description

The Student Success Facilitator works in close collaboration with a school-based team and community partners to address school-wide and individual student needs in the areas of attendance, academics, basic needs, family engagement, and social-emotional learning and well‑being. The Student Success Facilitator implements the Communities In Schools model designed to connect the school, students and families with the right supports and resources.

We are currently hiring one Student Success Facilitator position at each of the following schools: Capital High School, Ortiz Middle School, and Chaparral Elementary School.
