Qualifications

• Associate degree in psychology, sociology or related field and two years of related experience in student advisement.
• Ability to coordinate and provide services to students, including orientation, registration, and transfer information.
• Familiarity with college policies, program requirements, and basic reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide student success support services to students and potential students including orientation, assessment, registration, and advising.
• Assist with development and implementation of Student Success and Equity Plans and programs.
• Coordinate appointments with counselors and support services; answer inquiries and direct to appropriate resources.
• Maintain student files and data; assist with reports and budget monitoring.
• Support outreach activities, campus visits, and liaison with faculty and staff.
