Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the student’s primary point of contact to resolve student needs with guidance and referrals.
• Create and maintain quarterly student schedules and advise on course sequencing to meet educational goals.
• Complete quarterly SAP audits, monitor GPA and CCR, and manage schedules and outreach to support student success.
• Provide encouragement and support recognizing the challenges of student life.
• Use SIS to track student progress and advising activities.
• Assist with financial aid questions, including FAFSA/FAConnect, ledger entries, and payment plans.
• Communicate impacts of credit load on tuition and financial aid awards.
• Conduct proactive outreach to drive student outcomes and analyze data trends.
• Support campuses’ and departments’ activities including orientations, career fairs, and ceremonies.
