Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid NC teaching license required.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in education or related area.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Enforce policies and rules regarding behavior on school property with fairness.
• Supervise student activities and ensure safety during events.
• Support school administrators with behavioral issues.
• Develop and implement the school discipline plan.
• Coordinate bus supervision before/after school.
• Oversee ISS program and campus security associate.
• Document student behavior and maintain records.
• Communicate with parents about conduct; attend conferences.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records.
• Collaborate with social services and community partners.
• Participate in professional development and meetings.
