Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Professional experience in higher education or student services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advising and programming support to TRIO participants.
• Develop and review individualized Educational Plans with students.
• Monitor academic progress and respond to early alerts and student concerns.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, events, and student development activities.
