Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a school setting, ideally in a charter or independent school.
• Proficiency in data analysis to improve student achievement.
• Strong belief in and adherence to the BASIS Curriculum model.

• Monitor and improve student behavior and academic performance.

• Oversee procedures for student conduct and discipline.
