Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a school setting, ideally in a charter or independent school.
• Clearance: fingerprint clearance for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Focus on monitoring and improving student behavior and academic performance.
• Build and maintain a strong, positive, achievement-oriented school culture.
• Oversee and support procedures for student conduct, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
• Maintain student discipline and document behavioral incidents.
• Coordinate academic support programs under the direction of the Director.
• Monitor student arrival, dismissal, and daily attendance.
• Assist students with academic and social challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers on classroom management and parent communication.
• Provide guidance and support to parents regarding student well‑being and performance.
