Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Student Service Coordinator to support students’ personal, educational, and career planning through counseling, family engagement, and collaboration with teachers and administrators.

You will provide individual and group counseling, assist with inclusion and special education initiatives, arrange parent conferences, and help students navigate enrollment and transitions within the school system.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with individuals at all levels.
• Organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
• Prepare comprehensive business reports, including writing report sections.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to CSUSA values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Confer with parents and students according to school policy.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing guidance plans.
• Coordinate enrollment and transitions between grades.
• Support inclusion and special education initiatives.
• Maintain counseling records and prepare college recommendations.
