The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Coordinator for Educational Talent Search, Dr. William W. Sullivan UNLV Center for Academic Enrichment and Outreach.

The role reports to the Director of Educational Talent Search and focuses on assisting with oversight and administration of TRIO programs to help students plan and pursue a college education. The Coordinator will develop and coordinate counseling/advising, academic advising, course selection, test prep, financial aid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Experience collaborating with personnel to manage projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight and administration of federal TRIO secondary level programs.
• Develop and coordinate all counseling/advising aspects of the program.
• Foster parental involvement in preparing students for college and support recruitment.
• Supervise tutors and mentors and coordinate program initiatives.
• Support outcome assessment and grant-related research.
