Aveda Institute New Mexico is looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a
Student Success Coordinator.
This is a student-facing role for someone who enjoys helping people move forward, solving problems, building
relationships, and creating structure around important milestones.
The Student Success Coordinator supports students throughout their entire educational journey-from orientation and
onboarding through attendance support, student success planning, career preparation, externships, graduation, and entry into the professional beauty and wellness industry.
This person works closely with Admissions, Education, Financial Aid, the Registrar/Business Office, school leadership,
and industry partners to help students stay engaged, understand expectations, access the right resources, and
successfully progress toward graduation and employment.
