Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Education, Counseling or Human Services with two years' relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and serve middle and high school students in target area.
• Provide educational, career, college, financial literacy, and financial aid information.
• Offer academic advising individually and in groups.
• Collect data for program and USDE reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with school staff and community partners to enhance services.
• Organize college visits, job site tours and other experiences.
• Engage with parents via workshops, meetings, email and calls.
• Attend seminars and staff meetings; perform administrative tasks.
