Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct MTSS, PBIS, and Social Emotional Learning activities.
• Plan, implement, and monitor Restorative Practices and Trauma-Informed Practices.
• Lead child study processes.
• Facilitate behavior intervention plan meetings with data analysis.
• Coach teachers on tiered behavioral interventions and data collection to inform decisions.
• Develop relationships with local agencies for family support.
• Oversee behavioral data tracking procedures and resource use.
• Respond to student behavior with restorative and trauma-informed approaches.
• Support school climate improvement efforts.
