Job summary

You will collaborate with administrators, teachers, students, parents, and community stakeholders to promote a safe, respectful learning environment within the district.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in administration, education, or a related field.
• Nevada School Administrators License or equivalent required.
• Five years of certified teaching or K-12 leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student discipline, attendance, and behavior management.
• Foster a safe, inclusive school climate and promote equity.
• Lead site programs and collaborate with district staff, parents, and community.
• Monitor progress and ensure high-quality staff performance.
• Provide instructional leadership and MTSS support.
