• Ability to articulate understanding of student development theory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with undergraduate students during scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Provide academic advising to new freshmen and undecided students.
• Assist with planning and delivery of orientation programs.
• Create presentations for students and professionals on campus.
• Maintain accurate student records and generate reports in HRIS.
• Participate in professional development programs and university committees.
