• Create and maintain quarterly student schedules and advise on course sequences.
• Complete SAP audits and track student progress and advising activities.
• Support student retention efforts and collaborate with admissions, faculty, and student services.
• Explain financial aid impacts and manage FAFSA/FAConnect inquiries.
• Engage in outreach to promote student success throughout the life cycle.
