Savannah College of Art and Design seeks a dedicated Student Success Adviser to be the primary contact for undergraduate students. You will help students assess interests and map them to SCAD programs, while coordinating with many offices to promote retention and a smooth enrollment process.
You will manage a 400–500 student caseload, guide major/minor choices, and develop training for degree audit software MySCAD and registration navigation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
As a member of the student success and advising team, you’ll be the primary contact for students who are in the process of completing their undergraduate degree at SCAD. Ultimately, your goal is to help students assess and match their interests, skills, and abilities to a program or programs.
