Job summary

Primavera Online School seeks an Adjunct Coordinator to join our Academic Operations team. This hybrid Arizona-based role requires in-office Chandler training during the first 90 days and supports adjunct teachers, MTSS processes, and student data analysis to improve outcomes for virtual learners.

Reporting to the 9-12 Principal, you will ensure instructional excellence, collaborate with school leadership, and manage scheduling and reporting within a remote learning environment.

Qualifications

• Arizona Principal Certification required or in progress.
• Bachelor's degree and AZ 6-12 Teaching Certificate required.
• Experience teaching in secondary grades and virtual learning favored.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support adjunct teachers through coaching, supervision, evaluations, and professional development.
• Coordinate MTSS processes and tutoring groups to address student needs.
• Analyze student performance data and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational workflows in a virtual environment.
• Maintain presence during core business hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday–Friday; travel for state testing as needed.
