Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a program facilitator to develop and lead the Centers alcohol, drug and tobacco prevention program. The role educates and counsels students to reduce drug-related separations from the program and builds individualized case management plans to enhance retention and success.

The position requires one year of counseling experience, a relevant license or certification, and strict HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience in drug/alcohol counseling or related field required.
• Valid, active, unrestricted in-state License or Certification in Substance Abuse Counseling/Prevention required. Regional approval required.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Develops and coordinates alcohol, drug and tobacco prevention activities and integrates services into the program.
• Administers the drug testing program to promote a drug-free environment.
• Provides substance abuse counseling and education and creates individualized case management plans.
• Mentors and supports students to promote retention and completion of the program.
