Responsibilities include producing videos/photos, ensuring accurate information about Auxiliary Services, and participating in trainings and staff activities. This is a practical, on-site internship at the Athens area campus.

Responsibilities

• Promote the value of Auxiliary Services departments to internal and external audiences.
• Conceptualize and create content for Auxiliary Services social media channels.
• Attend Auxiliary Services events to document with videos and photos for social media.
• Document Auxiliary Services student employees at work, student life, and more with videos and photos for social media.
• Collaborate with student video producers as needed to create video content for Auxiliary Services social media channels and website.
• Function as a resource for accurate information concerning Auxiliary Services departments and university operations.
• Participate in training and in-service activities.
• Participate in meeting activities including, but not limited to, staff meetings, committees, and one-on-one meetings with supervisor.
• Perform other duties consistent with the purpose of the position as assigned.
• Support, communicate, enforce, and abide by all university and division procedures and regulations.
