Job summary

University of Georgia is seeking an Auxiliary Student Videographer / Photographer to film, edit, and publish content showcasing the on‑campus experience. You will create engaging video and photo material for the Auxiliary Marketing team and their websites and social channels.

The role requires familiarity with cameras, mics, lighting, and Adobe Creative Suite; involvement in high‑level shoots and fast turnaround is expected. This is a student hourly position based in the Athens Area.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with creating and editing video and photo content.
• Familiarity with cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Suite desirable.

Responsibilities

• Film, edit and produce original, high quality content for Auxiliary Services social media and website; provide captions, metadata, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the creative team on project ideation; stay current with video/photo industry trends.
• Assist during marketing shoots by organizing video equipment and maintaining gear; perform other duties as assigned.
