• General needs of population of students supported.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction and guidance to day-to-day operations of an assigned program.
• Performs administrative support functions coordinating a student services program.
• Prepares correspondence, memos and statistical materials; answers phones.
• Assists in development, preparation and/or administration of department budgets.
• Maintains data for statistical reports, student records, and files.
• Coordinates with departments and external vendors to arrange support resources.
• Develops and delivers workshops to promote access to student services.
