Fairmont Schools is seeking a dedicated staff member to support classroom activities, supervise students during recess and lunch, and assist in Homework Club. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and positive engagement with students and families.
The ideal candidate will have experience with children, strong judgment, good attendance, and be pursuing or hold an AA/BA with ECE units; CPR/first aid certification is preferred. Pay is $18.25 per hour plus benefits.
Candidate will be a representation of Fairmont Schools and will uphold high dress standards, including following Fairmont approved uniform guidelines, as well as maintain a professional image and repoire with staff, parents and students.

Primarily a field position. Will require standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. May require physical exertion. May require lifting and carrying objects up to approximately 30 lbs and children up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a team environment. May be required to perform duties in inclement weather (sun, rain, etc.).
