Responsibilities

• Write, facilitate, and monitor the Virginia Preschool Initiative grant.
• Maintain CLASS certification and observe VPI/ECSE classrooms annually.
• Administer Alternate Education/Reconnect program and related testing.
• Oversee Title IV and ISAEP grants and GED program facilitation.
• Support staff recruitment, homeless and foster care services, and partnerships.
