Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a registered student at Southwest Tennessee Community College.
• Only Federal Work Study approved students qualify.
• Effective communication and computer skills.
• Able to work 10–20 hours per week.
• Evenings and weekends availability during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Leadership Team of the Maxine A. Smith Center.
• Create student IDs and manage related supplies.
• Assist staff with day-to-day operations of the center.
• Answer phones and greet walk-in inquiries.
• Greet and direct students in person and over the phone.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming environment for students.
• Assist with special projects and center-wide events.
