Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Blended Student Success Advisor/Regional Career Services Representative for our Merrillville campus. This campus-based role blends Student Services and Career Services to guide students from Admissions through Placement.

The position requires an Associates Degree and 2+ years of customer-service experience, with ability to work two evenings per week. It emphasizes professional communication, privacy, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree from an accredited institution (CHEA or US DoE recognized).
• 2+ years’ work experience in banking, office administration, or general office with emphasis on customer service or related work.
• Campus-based position; not remote.
• Ability to work at least two evenings a week.
• Strong written, oral, visual and digital communication skills.

• Support students from Admissions through Placement in a blended Student Services and Career Services role.
• Assist with payments and required documents from students.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information and uphold Ross privacy standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (3) days 8-5 and (2) afternoons 11-8

Qualifications

Requirements

Associates Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Internal candidates may appeal for an exception from the SVP of Operations.

• 2+ years’ work experience in banking, office administration, or general office with emphasis on customer service or related work. Prior experience in post-secondary education setting preferred
• Ability to work at least two evenings a week
• Campus base position - not remote
• Comfortable asking students for payments and documents
• Protection of student and/or employee privacy is expected in the handling of confidential and/or financial information.
• Protection of the corporation and privacy of corporate proprietary and confidential information is expected
• Must have sufficient visual and auditory ability to operate computer equipment, use telephone, read materials, and office equipment
• Professional communication encompasses written, oral, visual and digital communication. Successful communication skills are required for working at Ross and involve the following: writing, reading, editing, speaking, listening, software applications, data entry and reporting, and Internet research.
