Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking an entry-level team member for our dining services. This role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours, with no late nights and a starting pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will develop menu knowledge, engage residents and guests with recommendations, record orders accurately, and deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must meet the state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and tailoring recommendations.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.
