Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail or customer service in a salon or spa; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication; able to work fast-paced, multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon and spa operations and guest care.
• Mentor students and staff; manage schedule and coverage.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and cost containment.
• Partner with Education Manager on student and guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns and reviews and coach team.
