Qualifications

• Interact positively and patiently with students.
• Assist physically as needed (lifting/assisting students, securing equipment).
• Good communication, dependability and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students boarding and exiting the bus and secure wheelchairs or seating as needed.
• Monitor student behavior during transport and enforce rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist driver with route changes, schedules, and passenger management.
• Keep the bus clean and maintain order on the vehicle.
• Report incidents, lost items, student behavior issues, or vehicle concerns to driver or dispatch.
