Bille Bus Transportation in Minneapolis, MN is seeking dependable School Aides to assist with safe transportation for students, including those with special needs. You will support the bus driver, help with boarding, seating, and behavior, and contribute to a positive, inclusive ride experience daily.

Competenze

• Interact positively and patiently with students.
• Assist physically as needed (lifting/assisting students, securing equipment).
• Good communication, dependability and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist students boarding and exiting the bus and secure wheelchairs or seating as needed.
• Monitor student behavior during transport and enforce rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist driver with route changes, schedules, and passenger management.
• Keep the bus clean and maintain order on the vehicle.
• Report incidents, lost items, student behavior issues, or vehicle concerns to driver or dispatch.
