Job summary

WE Transport Inc. is hiring a School Bus Aide to support safe student transport, delivering a positive start and end to school days for children.

You will assist the driver, greet students warmly, ensure safe arrivals, and perform routine checks to keep the bus environment secure throughout each route.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must be available from 5:30 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday with a mid-day break.

Responsibilities

• Help the Driver focus on driving the assigned vehicle.
• Greet students in a pleasant manner.
• Help students as necessary.
• Ensure all students arrive safely at their destination.
• Perform child checks at the conclusion of every tour of duty.
• Always maintain a safe environment on the bus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Guarantee a minimum of 20 hours per week.
