Job summary

The Farm Stop Manager at Madison Consolidated Schools will supervise the student-run Farm Stop, handling vendor relations, hiring and disciplinary actions, schedule management, facility maintenance, and safety to build a self-sustaining operation, in collaboration with the CTE program.

You will work with the CTE Coordinator to create capstone or work-based learning opportunities, coordinate with other departments, and lead students toward career readiness while maintaining high professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the student-run Farm Stop business.
• Manage vendor relations and ensure quality products.
• Hire, discipline, and supervise student workers.
• Manage schedules, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with CTE to provide capstone or work-based learning opportunities.
• Represent the Farm Stop and promote its purpose at events.
