Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day student residential experience, including onboarding, housing assignments, move-in, communications, issue resolution, and move-out.
• Analyze occupancy, rental and resident experience data to inform decisions and support revenue/inventory goals.
• Develop and implement residential policies, processes and training in collaboration with Stanford GSB and university departments.
