Job summary

The George Washington University’s I-CHARM Lab in the DC area seeks a Student Research Specialist (Data Analyst) to support data cleaning, analysis, and reporting across diverse projects.

You will contribute to the MySHARE+ study, manage quantitative data, generate tables and figures, and assist with manuscripts and presentations for dissemination.

Compensation is $20/hour, up to 10 hours per week, and the position starts in August 2026.

Qualifications

• MS/ MPH (or related); doctoral student preferred.
• 2+ years managing public health or community research.
• CBPR and underserved populations experience.
• Public health datasets and reproducible research practices.

Responsibilities

• Support data cleaning, analysis, and reporting for multiple projects.
• Prepare descriptive and statistical results for reports and presentations.
• Summarize findings and assist with manuscripts and proposals.
• Coordinate with team; manage timelines and milestones.
• Perform data management and ensure reproducible research practices.
