Qualifications

• One or more years of experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft written content for social media posts, marketing materials, and reports.
• Support the Plain Language Team with accessibility reviews and user testing.
• Perform tracking and data entry for KUCD publications with APA 7th formatting.
• Photography support and basic video editing as needed.
• Graphic design support for social media, flyers, infographics, etc.
• Data entry and data management with QA standards.
• Prepare documents for print/online publication with formatting and accessibility reviews.
• Organize project information and files.
• Photocopying, scanning, meeting preparation activities.
