Assurance Learning Academy is seeking a Student Relations Technician to manage student records and ADA compliance, while providing friendly front-desk support to students and families. You will input data into the SIS, schedule orientations, and help with enrollment paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Responsibilities include auditing documents, maintaining compliance checklists, and assisting teachers with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education required.
  • 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced, clerical support position.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk and Student Support: Schedule orientations for new students and greet visitors.
  • Input student data into SIS, track immunizations and enrollment dates.
  • Audit ADA compliance; file and maintain student records and related documents.
  • Issue and track student work permits; maintain compliance checklists.
  • Provide quality customer service and handle inquiries from students and families.
  • Support teachers with problem solving and administrative tasks.

Will communicate with students and/or parents in appropriate areas of student information, progress, or concerns. Performs a variety of complex and specialized activities related to student records and all compliance issues related to Average Daily Attendance (ADA) and State educational mandates.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: This list is illustrative only and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of tasks performed by this classification.
