Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC seeks a Student Recruitment and Outreach Specialist to implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with high schools and colleges, and organize events to meet enrollment goals. Travel 60% and a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) are required, with a possible hybrid schedule after probation.

The role reports to the Admissions Manager and focuses on outreach to prospective students, parents, counselors, and faculty

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and one year relevant program experience.
• Travel up to 60% with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans and events.

Responsabilidades

• Lead external recruitment activities via high schools, colleges, and community orgs across SC and other states.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events, campus tours, and outreach presentations.
• Manage visits, scheduling, and volunteer staffing for recruitment events; coordinate with faculty and ambassadors.
• Document and report recruitment activities and KPIs in the CRM system; track attendance and follow-up communications.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans and participate in MUSC-wide prospective student outreach initiatives.
