The coordinator plans, coordinates and integrates activities associated with student recruitment and enrollment at the College. The role involves outreach to high school students and adults, organizing campus tours and information sessions, developing partnerships with schools and community groups, producing CRM/Banner reports, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant full-time experience.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of refugee and immigrant educational needs.
• Preferred: Experience in recruiting international students.
• Preferred: Proficiency with virtual meeting software platforms.
• Preferred: Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students by communicating enrollment process and program details via email, phone, social media, appointments, tours and information sessions.
• Assist with outreach to high school students, adults, special populations, school districts, community agencies, and other groups to initiate and maintain partnerships.
• Assist with development and implementation of campus events and programs for prospective students; coordinate with Financial Aid, Advising, Registration, Campus Life and Employment Services as needed.
• Maintain District master schedule of events for recruitment activities including on-campus visits and tours.
• Generate and process CRM and Banner reports; develop tracking systems to review prospect information and outreach effectiveness; improve yield for admitted/enrolled students.
