Job summary

Andrew Wommack Ministries is seeking a Director of Recruitment to lead Charis Bible College's student enrollment initiatives in Woodland Park, CO. You will craft and execute strategies, guide the recruitment team, and partner with Enrollment, Marketing, and other departments to hit enrollment targets.

The role requires strong leadership, data literacy, and excellent communication; travel and collaboration across college programs are essential. A faith-based alignment is required.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment, relationship-building, communication, and prospective-student engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach performance, establish accountability, and manage recruitment priorities.
• Ability to interpret recruitment funnel data, activity metrics, and conversion trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, event, and project-management abilities.
• Able to represent Charis Bible College in a Christian higher-education environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration, judgment, adaptability, and service-minded approach.
• Proficient with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and annual plans aligned with enrollment goals.
• Lead and develop recruitment staff with clear goals, expectations, accountability, and rhythms.
• Oversee prospective-student outreach, engagement, follow-up, events, and partnerships.
• Manage the prospective-student pipeline and recruitment funnel toward goals.
• Use CRM, reporting, and data to forecast results and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
• Coordinate handoffs with Enrollment and admissions-related functions for continuity.
• Manage recruitment budgets, travel, events, resources, and outreach opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
