Job summary

Andrew Wommack Ministries is seeking a Senior Director of Enrollment to provide strategic leadership for Charis Bible College’s student enrollment at Woodland Park, CO. This role will align Recruitment, Marketing, and enrollment operations to drive sustainable growth and a mission-aligned student experience.

The incumbent will lead teams, set goals and KPIs, forecast enrollment trends, and oversee budgets and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Develop enrollment strategy aligned with mission and goals.
• Oversee journey from inquiry to enrollment.
• Set enrollment goals, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting rhythms.
• Lead enrollment and recruitment teams and establish accountability.
• Coordinate priorities across Recruitment, Marketing, and Operations.
• Improve enrollment processes, systems, and communication strategies.
• Use data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Plan budgets, staffing resources, and initiatives for enrollment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
