Qualifikationen

• CRM systems experience and pipeline management required.
• Ability to travel regionally and work evenings/weekends when needed.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for adult and non-traditional prospective students.
• Conduct interviews, campus tours, and admissions conversations.
• Guide applicants through enrollment steps and financial aid referrals.
• Follow up via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
• Represent Arclabs at job fairs and outreach events when needed.
• Coordinate referrals with SC Works, Adult Education Centers, Veterans Affairs, and similar partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system and provide weekly reports on leads and outreach activities.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets and contribute to campus enrollment goals.
