Arclabs Welding School is seeking an Inside Student Recruiter to connect adult learners with hands-on welding training. You will guide applicants through admissions, financial aid, and start dates, while maintaining strong relationships with community partners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in admissions or recruitment, with CRM and pipeline management experience, and the ability to travel for outreach events and evenings/weekends when required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant education or experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three years in admissions, recruitment, sales, or related field with enrollment goals.
• Experience with CRM systems and candidate pipelines required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for adult and non-traditional prospective students.
• Conduct calls, campus tours, and admissions interviews to explain program offerings.
• Guide applicants through enrollment steps, financial aid referrals, and start dates.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
• Represent Arclabs at job fairs and outreach events.
• Coordinate referrals with SC Works and other community agencies.
• Maintain CRM documentation and provide weekly activity reports.
• Meet enrollment targets and contribute to campus goals.
