BridgePrep Academy in Tampa is seeking a dynamic Student Recruiter to serve as a brand ambassador across local communities. You will drive field recruitment, host events, and guide prospective families from their first inquiry through enrollment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse families and community stakeholders.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a desire to continuously learn, adapt, and succeed in a dynamic field environment.
• Willingness to engage in active field work (approx. 45% standing, 30% walking, 25% sitting) and ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
• Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
• Prior experience in community outreach, student recruitment, event planning, sales, or admissions.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Grassroots Field Recruitment: Attend community fairs, host off-site presentations (daycares, youth groups, CBOs), organize campaigns, and lead neighborhood canvassing to generate leads and applications.
• Family Nurture & Engagement: Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, email, and messages to guide families through the application steps and re-engage uninterested leads.
• Events & Campus Tours: Host in-person and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientation opportunities.
• Content & Media Capture: Capture photos and videos at school events to support campus communication platforms and brand awareness.
• Data Integrity & System Maintenance: Conduct application verification calls, capture accurate applicant data, and update recruitment tracking systems.
